My Approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My style is warm, relational, and tailored to you — because the most effective healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully customized to meet you where you are and grow with you as you evolve.

I draw from a mindfulness-based framework and an attachment-oriented lens, weaving together evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a 200 hour trained Yoga Instructor, I offer a somatic mind/body approach to coping with anxiety, stress and depression. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction techniques. I can help you access safety in your body in a trauma-informed way. This integrative approach allows us to work with both the mind and the deeper, sometimes wordless, parts of your story.

Grow your potential

I have a passion for supporting female identifying clients in all stages of life on their journey toward self-discovery and healing. Whether you're working to reclaim your confidence, rediscover your strengths, or untangle the wounds of relational trauma, you don't have to navigate it alone. This work is close to my heart, and I show up for it fully.

I welcome clients of all racial identities and sexual orientations. I am committed to creating a space rooted in safety, cultural awareness and respect. We will craft tailored pathways that honor personal history while illuminating future possibility. Learn More

Therapy for your child

Parenting a sensitive or neurodivergent child — including those with ADHD — can be as rewarding as it is exhausting. If you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to best support your child, you're not alone, and you've come to the right place. I work with children and their parents to build practical, compassionate tools that work for your family's unique dynamic.

Beyond the therapy room, I advocate. I will help your child get the understanding and support they deserve to thrive. I specialize in working with sensitive and creative children who struggle to manage big emotions. I provide support for parents and work to strengthen the communication between you and your child.
